A new PB 65 lbs !!

I've just returned from a terrific week’s fishing holiday at Luke Moffat's Lake, Les Graviers, near Dijon, France. It was very unseasonable weather, with lots of wind, rain and overcast skies, but the fish fed throughout the whole week.
The first day started with an upper twenty and a thirty two, after that the fish got bigger! Cumulating in a new PB during the early hours of Tuesday morning, in the shape of a 65lb. Mirror.
By Friday evening when I caught my last fish, a 63.12lb. Mirror, I had landed 16 fish, including beasties of 50.04, 49.12 and 42lbs. and 13 other fish weighing in excess of 30lbs.
The successful bait was our new Gourmet Carp Food, Maple Magic Boilies fished in conjunction with Formula Magic pellets. This combination had produced five forties for me the previous September, so I knew I was on a winning combination from the start. A totally active bait, Maple Magic combines Maple concentrate, Maple steep liquor and Secret Agent with Golden Yeast.

Give it a go, I'll guarantee you'll not be disappointed!
